Grime & Punishment was a Chanel 5 commission, created by Lambent Productions.

One of my first projects in Television, my role as location assistant allowed me to see a side to the UK that most people don't get or, more importantly, don't want to see. 

Getting behind the country's underpinning was a great introduction to the power of access. I was tasked with the job of getting release formed signed, which was no easy task when you're attempting to expose a company's downfalls on camera and without it, the show looks amateur. One particular access I got signed off had my Production Manager asking me "how on earth did you do that?!"
