Having been to WTM in Berlin a couple of years ago with some friends, it was great this year to get behind the scenes and be a part of the process in London this year.
For the first 2 days I was working with Egypt, focusing primarily around their new Minister of Tourism, Sherif Fathy.
The challenge of shooting this was having to create both photo and video content simultaneously, so it really helped to be able to switch quickly between set-ups on and off the stabiliser.
Also after each day, a 15second video edit as well as 100 still images needed to be delivered, ready for publication the following morning... so sleep was something to worry about later!
On the third day, I moved across to create video only content for Egypt Air, which took some of the pressure off and allowed me to focus on one thing. This meant I could swap out the autofocus lens for some cine-primes and make something a bit more 'arty'. With that in mind, which day's edit is your favourite?
